For private clients, or those wishing to get an estimate for the works, we have some Private clients Advice which will make the process much easier for all concerned.We can also offer a complete service if you wish, where we undertake the whole task from start to finish, dealing with all negotiations, contractors, and the finer details surrounding the project.

Complete Service

The Complete Service is aimed at those who may want Dorset Phoenix Limited to undertake a whole project from start to finish.We will work with you to discuss your requirements, provide you with a full breakdown of cost, and then manage the whole project.The first step is to discuss initial concept, design and specification recommendations. We will then carry out all negotiations and present a fully analytical costing schedule. The next stage is to set up and manage the whole construction up to completion, with all finishes including landscaping outside and floor coverings inside.

Private Clients Advice

It is a very straight forward process for getting an estimate for any of the works. To help you we have listed a few tips below if you have any of this information when we visit it would make the whole presses a lot easier and a more accurate quotation can be carried out.

General Requirements:

  • Sanitary ware - have you a style in mind? Do you have you a budget, which could be adjusted to suit your favoured design? Or would you like us to advise you and supply.
  • Kitchen design - as above or you can arrange direct and we will fit only?
  • Is decorating to be  included or excluded
  • Wall and floor Tiling –Types of tile, Limestone/natural or ceramic/porcelain
  • Choice of external finishes - e.g. Roof tiles or slates, bricks, render and landscaping etc.
  • Finishes and styles such as doors windows, ironmongery, flooring, are there any existing materials you would like to re-use if possible?

Drawings and Notes:

If relevant - provide prepared drawings and or Building Regulation Notes, together with any Structural Engineering Drawings and Notes
